Getting Started
We are a medical-travel facilitator that helps international patients access safe, affordable, high-quality treatment at India’s leading accredited hospitals. We handle everything from your first enquiry and specialist opinion to cost estimates, visa assistance, travel, treatment coordination and follow-up care.
India offers internationally accredited (NABH and JCI) hospitals, highly experienced and often Western-trained specialists, advanced technology, little or no waiting time, and treatment costs that are typically a fraction of those in the US, UK and Europe – without compromising on quality.
It is simple: 1) Share your medical reports and needs. 2) We obtain a free specialist opinion and a personalised cost estimate from suitable hospitals. 3) You choose, and we arrange the hospital invitation letter, visa guidance, appointments, travel and accommodation. 4) You travel and receive treatment with a dedicated coordinator by your side. 5) We support your follow-up after you return home.
Just send us your recent medical reports and a short note about your condition through our contact or quote form, or by WhatsApp or email. There is no obligation – you will receive a free assessment and estimate.
Costs & Savings
Most patients save 50-80% compared with prices in the US, UK and Europe, even after flights and accommodation. Your exact saving depends on the procedure and hospital; we provide a transparent, itemised estimate up front.
We have negotiated preferential package rates with our partner hospitals and pass those savings on to you. You receive the discounted hospital price plus our coordination support, with no inflated markups.
Estimates typically cover surgeon and consultation fees, the hospital stay, the procedure, standard medications and routine tests for your treatment. We clearly list what is and is not included (for example flights, accommodation or treatment of unforeseen complications) so there are no surprises.
No. We believe in full transparency. Anything not covered in your estimate is stated clearly in advance. Final costs can change only if your doctor recommends additional treatment, which is always discussed and agreed with you first.
In most cases you pay the hospital directly, usually on admission and only for what you use. We explain the accepted payment methods (bank transfer, card, and so on) for your chosen hospital before you travel, and our assistance fees are shared with you upfront.
Visa & Travel
Yes. Foreign patients travel on a Medical Visa. Citizens of most countries can apply online for India’s e-Medical Visa, which is currently valid for 60 days from your first arrival and allows triple entry. Visa rules change from time to time, so we always confirm the current requirements for your nationality.
Yes. We guide you through the e-Medical Visa application, prepare your document checklist and arrange the hospital invitation letter you need. We do not issue visas (only the government does), but we make the process simple and help you avoid the common mistakes that lead to rejections.
Typically: a passport valid for at least 6 months with at least two blank pages, a recent passport-style photo, proof of funds, your return travel plan, and an invitation or appointment letter from the treating Indian hospital. We provide a complete, personalised checklist for your case.
The treating hospital issues it through the Government of India’s Medical and Ayush Visa portal. It states your details, diagnosis, treatment plan, and the expected duration and cost of treatment. We coordinate with the hospital to obtain it for you.
Yes. Up to two attendants who are blood relatives (for example spouse, parent or child) can apply for an e-Medical Attendant Visa using the same Medical Reference Number shown on your invitation letter. We help arrange their visas as well.
You should apply at least 4 days before travel, and the e-Visa can be applied for up to 120 days in advance. For planned treatment we recommend starting 2-3 weeks ahead to allow time for the invitation letter and supporting documents.
Yes. We arrange airport pick-up and transfer to your accommodation or hospital, plus local support throughout your stay including a coordinator and language assistance where needed. We also help with hospital guest houses or nearby hotels to suit your budget and arrange local transport for appointments.
Emergencies & Ambulance
Yes. For urgent cases we fast-track everything – a rapid medical opinion, priority hospital admission and an expedited invitation letter so the visa can be processed quickly. Contact us immediately and mark your enquiry as urgent.
Yes. For critically ill patients who cannot fly on a commercial flight, we can arrange an air ambulance (medical evacuation) with an in-flight medical team and equipment, coordinated directly with the receiving hospital’s ICU.
Yes. We can arrange a ground ambulance to receive the patient at the airport and transfer them directly to the hospital, with paramedic support and equipment as required.
Yes. Our coordination team and partner hospitals provide round-the-clock support for patients who are already travelling or under treatment. You will have a direct contact for emergencies.
Our partner hospitals are full-service facilities with intensive care units and emergency teams. Any change to your treatment plan is discussed with you, and your coordinator stays involved to support you and your family throughout.
Treatment & Hospitals
We work only with internationally accredited (NABH and JCI) hospitals and experienced, board-certified specialists. We match you to the best fit for your condition and share the hospital and doctor profiles before you decide.
Yes. We can obtain opinions from more than one hospital or specialist so you can compare treatment plans and costs and make an informed choice, at no obligation.
Yes. Your reports and personal details are shared only with the hospitals and specialists involved in your care, and strictly for the purpose of assessment and treatment.
After Care
We help arrange follow-up teleconsultations with your treating doctor, share your discharge summary and medication plan, and remain available to answer questions during your recovery.
If your doctor recommends a longer stay, we assist with accommodation and with any visa-extension formalities through the hospital and the local authorities.
